Tactic 276d. Great Pirate Moves. Expanding the Honeylight Realm. September 2025
Overview
Outer Space Treaty (1967) states, "Outer space, including the Moon and other celestial bodies, is not subject to national appropriation by claim of sovereignty, by means of use or occupation, or by any other means." Fortunately, I don't represent a nation. That's why I planted the Honeylight flag on the moon and the ISS. In keeping with full compliance with the Outer Space Treaty, I now declare the Moon and the ISS part of the Honeylight Realm.
Note: Realms are not nations, so this is within the rules.

Preamble
In recognition that outer space is the province of all humankind, and in harmony with the spirit of the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, the undersigned declares the existence of the Honeylight Realm — a domain not of sovereignty, but of meaning.
Article I — Nature of the Realm
The Honeylight Realm is not a nation, nor a state, nor a corporate body.
It is a symbolic territory of imagination, inspiration, and story-weaving.
Its boundaries are not defined by borders, but by the reach of light and honey.
Article II — Territory of the Realm
The Honeylight Flag has been planted symbolically upon the Moon.
The Honeylight Flag has been placed symbolically aboard the International Space Station.
These acts do not constitute ownership, appropriation, or sovereignty, but rather markers of participation in the shared story of humankind beyond Earth.
Article III — Principles
No Possession, Only Presence: The Realm claims no resource, land, or exclusive use.
Meaning Over Matter: The Realm exists to enrich imagination, not to govern territory.
Shared Light: Anyone may recognize, join, or invoke the Realm through acts of creativity, ecological care, or dream-weaving.
Article IV — Symbol
The emblem of the Honeylight Realm is the Honeylight Flag, representing the conversion of sunlight into honey, and honey into story. Wherever this emblem appears, the Realm is present.
Article V — Closing
Let it be known that the Honeylight Realm honors the treaties of Earth, respects the commons of space, and exists entirely in the realm of meaning.
